I am majoring in Biological Sciences and am under the Pre-Medical/Health Option. I am part of the RHSA and the Honors College at UMass Lowell. I am interested in working in research that studies disease, and I want to teach for a little before I attend optometry school.
In the lab, I am helping with the oyster and coral projects. Some of these projects include culturing algae to feed oysters, designing outreach materials for teaching kids at the Greater Lowell Boys and Girls Club about oysters, and scoring coral photos.
Some things I like to do outside of work are playing volleyball, doing arts and crafts, listening to music, and trying new things!
